At Soul Beauty and Skincare Clinic our clients are incredibly important to us, especially the time
and effort it takes to make a booking with us. For this reason, we secure your appointments just for you and so have put the following conditions in place. 

 We require a minimum of 24hours notice for all bookings or cancellations

  • All accounts are to be settled on the day of your treatment/s. EFTPOS is Available @ The Clinic.

  • Any last minute changes or cancellations (less than 24hours notice) will incur a 50% charge, which is added onto your next appointment

  • All no shows will be charged the full missed appointment cost, and no other appointments will be booked until the previous missed appointment has been paid.
